On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2:00 pm.
If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 9:30 am.

You can park your car free of charge in the hotel parking area for the entire duration of your stay.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax amounts to € 3.50 per person per night and must be paid directly on site.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.

Prices

For guests who have booked half-board, drinks are not included in the price and will be charged separately.

Deposit

To confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay, either by bank transfer or credit card charge.

Cancellation conditions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and make it impossible to start your holiday as planned. In such cases, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • up to 42 days before arrival: free cancellation and refund of the deposit
  • up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained
  • 20 – 11 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value
  • from 10 days before arrival, late arrival or no-show: 90% of the total booking value for unused holiday days

… and if something unforeseen happens?

If you are unable to start your holiday or have to return early, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself financially.
